Kove splits its 2027 Rally range into three distinct roles
The new 125 and 350 Rally join the 450 Rally RE and EX, separating accessible adventure equipment from touring and dedicated off-road use.

Kove is broadening its Rally family for 2027 with two new engine sizes and two separate versions of the 450. The 125 Rally is the smallest and lightest option, the 350 Rally provides a more accessible route into the line, and the 450 Rally RE and EX divide the larger motorcycle between adventure touring and more specialised off-road work.
125 Rally: small engine, full-size proportions
The Kove 125 Rally uses a 124cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke single. It produces 14.7bhp at 9,000rpm and 8lb.ft of torque at 7,500rpm, with a six-speed gearbox. Its physical size is considerably larger than the capacity suggests: the bike is 2,185mm long, 850mm wide and 1,385mm high, with an 860mm seat height.
The specification is built around 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, 240mm of ground clearance and a 122kg dry weight. Up front, the non-adjustable upside-down fork offers 215mm of travel; the rear monoshock adds adjustable preload. Braking uses a twin-piston front caliper and single disc, a single-piston rear brake and disc, plus dual-channel ABS.
The rider can select off-road, sport or eco modes through a vertical 6.75-inch TFT display. A 12.5-litre tank accompanies a claimed top speed of 68mph.
350 Rally: lower seat, longer stated range
The 350 Rally places the seat at 890mm, with 260mm of ground clearance and a 143kg dry weight. Its 349.9cc engine produces approximately 40bhp at 9,000rpm and 25lb.ft at 7,000rpm, with balance shafts intended to reduce vibration. The gearbox has six ratios, while the wheel sizes remain 21 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear.
A single disc is used at each end. The adjustable fork provides 250mm of travel and the rear monoshock 230mm, with adjustable preload. Kove lists a 21-litre fuel tank and a claimed range of up to 373 miles; the 80mph top speed is described as an estimate. The electronics package includes off-road, sport and eco modes, dual-channel ABS and a vertical 6.75-inch TFT display.
450 Rally RE and EX: one family, different priorities
The 450 Rally RE is the adventure-touring version. Its Euro 5+ 449cc engine makes 41bhp at 8,500rpm and 26lb.ft at 6,500rpm, working through a six-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch. The stated wet weight is 155kg, while the seat adjusts from 910mm to 960mm. Ground clearance is 295mm, with 305mm of front suspension travel and 300mm at the rear.
The EX takes a more competition-focused route and is intended for off-road use. It produces 60bhp at 9,000rpm and 37lb.ft at 7,500rpm, with a hydraulic clutch, six-speed gearbox and claimed top speed of 105mph. Fully adjustable KYB suspension gives 305mm of travel at the front and 300mm at the rear, while ground clearance increases to 305mm.
Both 450 versions use spoked wheels with 90/90-21 front and 140/80-18 rear tyres. The EX is listed in red and white or green and white, while the RE has a single red-and-white colour option. For 2027, Kove is therefore differentiating the range not only by engine size, but also by purpose: touring and adventure on one side, and more committed off-road riding on the other.
