Benda Vinster 700 and X 700: one platform, two missions
The new 692cc V-twin pair shares its mechanical foundation, but the Vinster is road-focused while the X 700 takes a more adventurous approach.

Benda has added two new motorcycles to its range: the Vinster 700 and X 700. They share the same mechanical foundation, yet their intended roles are clearly separated. The Vinster takes the more direct roadster route, while the X 700 brings scrambler- and adventure-style equipment to the same basic package.
Both are powered by a liquid-cooled 65° V-twin displacing 692cc. Its output is quoted as 72bhp at 9000rpm, with 50lb.ft of torque at 6500rpm, and drive reaches the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox. The engine is also used in Benda’s Rock 707 and Capra 700. The new models share a double-cradle frame, a single-sided aluminium swingarm and a 15-litre tank with neo-retro styling.
Two versions of the same foundation
The Vinster 700 has the more conventional road specification, using a 120/70 17in front tyre and bar-end mirrors. The X 700 changes direction with a 19in front wheel and a seat height of 865mm, 35mm higher than the street version. Its high-mounted front mudguard is joined by a skid plate, handguards, an extended windscreen and a tank rack, giving the bike a more pronounced exploratory identity.
Suspension remains common to both models: upside-down telescopic forks with 135mm of travel and a rear monoshock offering 120mm. Each bike has a 170/60 17in rear wheel, four-piston front calipers and twin-piston rear calipers. Twin upswept exhausts are tucked beneath the pillion seat. The X 700 is quoted at 200kg, compared with 195kg for the street variant, while the shared suspension figures suggest that its off-road equipment is better suited to lighter exploration than demanding trail work.
The equipment list also includes a slim, landscape-format TFT display and both USB-A and USB-C charging ports. The Vinster 700 is expected to be offered in a brushed-metal finish, while the X 700 is associated with a black-and-gold colour scheme. Benda is therefore presenting two distinct interpretations of one platform: a road-focused roadster and a more rugged-looking version with a 19in front wheel.
