Two70 Motorcycles enters administration in the UK
The Swindon dealer built its business around a strong electric line-up as pressure continued to mount on the motorcycle trade.

Swindon-based specialist dealer Two70 Motorcycles has entered administration after six years of trading. The business behind the brand was J&M Electrobikes, founded in 2020, and its showroom carried motorcycles from Mutt Motorcycles, Zero, VMoto and Stark Future.
The line-up gave Two70 a pronounced electric focus: Zero, VMoto and Stark Future are described as electric-only brands. Mutt occupied a different part of the range, producing cafe racer and scrambler motorcycles for the A1 and A2 categories. Mutt itself entered administration in March 2025, a development that was said to have put pressure on the brand’s profitability.
A now-deleted Facebook post from Two70 indicated that the closure was announced in September, followed by an online sale of the remaining stock. The shutdown comes as UK motorcycle dealers face a difficult market, particularly businesses built around electric motorcycles. High purchase prices, limited demand and continuing questions about charging and range remain major hurdles for battery-powered bikes.
Two70’s administration follows SuperBike Factory entering administration earlier in the year, adding to the pressure across the trade. The specific reason for Two70’s failure has not been confirmed, leaving the dealer’s collapse as another sign of how difficult it is to build a sustainable motorcycle business in the current UK market.
