Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer arrives in Greece at €9,290
The new crossover flagship combines a 904 cc twin with 19/17-inch tubeless spoked wheels, radar ADAS and extensive standard equipment.

Benelli has officially presented the TRK 902 Xplorer in the Greek market. Described as the new flagship of the company’s crossover range, the motorcycle is available through Benelli’s official partner network at an announced price of €9,290. It comes with a three-year factory warranty, while the available colours are Jungle Fog Green and Cement Grey. Motoway financing programmes also apply to the TRK 902.
The Xplorer is aimed at experienced riders seeking comfort, distinctive design, extensive standard equipment and the ability to ride in different conditions. Its stated design brief includes a range of terrains and routes, including travel away from paved roads. The available specifications describe that intent, but they do not establish actual off-road performance or the effectiveness of any individual system.
904 cc engine and adventure hardware
The engine is shared with the Stradale version. It is a 904 cc parallel twin with four valves per cylinder, Euro 5+ compliance and claimed peak outputs of 93.2 hp, or 68.5 kW, at 9,000 rpm, and 9.2 kgm, or 90 Nm, at 6,500 rpm. The new intake system uses two 46 mm electronic throttle bodies, controlled through ride-by-wire by a Bosch Motronic ECU.
The chassis is a tubular steel trellis frame with strategically positioned reinforcements, developed by Benelli’s R&D department in Pesaro according to the TRK family’s standards. The design work was undertaken by Benelli’s Centro Stile in Pesaro, Italy, with the aim of evolving the previous TRK lines without losing their muscular character.
Suspension consists of a 43 mm Marzocchi inverted fork at the front, adjustable for rebound, compression and spring preload. At the rear, a Marzocchi monoshock works with an aluminium swingarm and offers remote hydraulic adjustment of spring preload. Suspension travel is listed at 170 mm, while ground clearance is 215 mm. Seat height is 840 mm.
The tubeless, spoked wheels measure 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear, and are fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. Braking is supplied by Brembo: two 320 mm semi-floating front discs with four-piston radial monobloc callipers and a radial master cylinder, plus a 260 mm rear disc with a two-piston calliper.
Radar assistance and generous standard equipment
The TRK 902 Xplorer includes Bosch Cornering ABS and traction control, with the latter offering deactivation. Cornering ABS can also be switched off at both wheels for off-road riding. The standard specification further includes a slipper clutch, a quickshifter for upshifts and downshifts, TPMS, cruise control and a USB port.
A radar-based ADAS monitors the area behind the motorcycle and its blind spots. Its functions include blind-spot detection (BSD), lane-change assistance (LCA) and rear-collision warning (RCW). Alerts are delivered through screen indications, LEDs in the mirrors and an audible signal. Each ADAS function can be adjusted independently. These features are listed as equipment;
Longer-distance equipment includes a three-level heated seat, heated grips and manually adjustable windscreen. The 21-litre fuel tank is entirely metal, with plastic limited to its upper cover; 3 litres of the stated capacity are identified as reserve. Average fuel consumption is listed at 5 l/100 km. The motorcycle also has factory-fitted LED fog lights positioned in a protected, discreet location.
Updated TRK design
Visually, the Xplorer retains the imposing nose, double-arc headlight and substantial volume associated with the TRK family. Compared with the first 500 cc TRK 502, its front end is described as more compact and dynamic, while the broader silhouette preserves the family resemblance. The front design combines an aggressive nose with the 19-inch spoked wheel.
The fuel tank’s rear section is narrow, and its central area has a slim profile despite the large capacity. One-piece, reinforced passenger grab handles serve structural, practical and visual roles in the tail section. The indicators have been moved from the handguards to a different position at the front. Standard protection includes crash bars, an aluminium engine skid plate, a protective lower guard and a centre stand.
The Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer is therefore presented in Greece as a fully equipped crossover flagship, with its stated price, warranty and equipment applying to the current market announcement. Further information is listed through benelli-moto.gr.
