Benelli TRK 902 Stradale debuts in Greece at €8,990
The road-focused TRK 902 pairs 17-inch wheels, touring equipment and radar-based ADAS with a 904 cc twin-cylinder engine.

The Benelli TRK 902 Stradale makes its debut in the Greek market with an announced price of €8,990. Presented as the road-focused version of Benelli’s flagship TRK family, it differs from the adventure-oriented TRK 902 Xplorer through its wheel sizes, suspension travel and equipment package. Benelli says the Stradale’s development priorities are comfort, handling precision and long-distance road use.
The Stradale uses cast aluminium 17-inch wheels, compared with the Xplorer’s 19-inch front wheel, and is fitted with Pirelli Angel GT tyres measuring 120/70 at the front and 180/55 at the rear. Suspension travel is 130 mm on the Stradale and 170 mm on the Xplorer. The combination of the smaller front wheel and shorter suspension travel is associated with an 820 mm seat height. The article says this makes it easier to place both feet on the ground, even with a full load, presenting the stance as a practical advantage for both rider and passenger.
904 cc engine and road-focused chassis
Power comes from a 904 cc parallel twin with four valves per cylinder. The Euro 5+ engine is shared with the TRK 902 Xplorer and produces a maximum 93.2 hp, or 68.5 kW, at 9,000 rpm. Maximum torque is listed as 9.2 kgm, or 90 Nm, at 6,500 rpm. Benelli says the engine development concentrated on performance at low and medium revs as well as the requirements of long-distance travel.
The fuelling system uses ride-by-wire, controlled by a Bosch Motronic ECU, and a twin electronic throttle body measuring 46 mm in diameter. A slipper clutch is included in the equipment. The Stradale offers three riding modes—Normal, Rain and Sport—along with traction control and cruise control. Traction control and the quickshifter can be switched off; the quickshifter is intended to allow gear changes without using the clutch.
Its tubular trellis frame uses steel reinforcement plates and was designed by Benelli’s R&D department in Pesaro. The frame is described as providing the torsional rigidity required for a consistent riding feel, while its different geometry is associated with more effective and precise handling on asphalt. At the rear, a monoshock works with an aluminium swingarm. The front Marzocchi upside-down fork has 43 mm tubes and is fully adjustable for rebound damping, compression and preload. The rear shock has a remote rotary adjuster for hydraulic rebound and spring preload.
Distinctive design and touring equipment
Benelli’s Centro Stile supervised the Stradale’s design, with the stated aim of developing and emphasising the previous TRK series without changing the motorcycle’s overall philosophy. Compared with the first 500 cc version, the 902 retains the projecting front fairing and twin-arc headlight as family-identifying elements, while its front fairing is described as more dynamic and compact.
The model introduces a new metal fuel tank. Its plastic cover is limited to the upper section, leaving the metal surfaces exposed around the rider’s knees; the article presents this tank treatment as a design line that will also appear on future models. Capacity is 21 litres, while declared average consumption is 5 lt/100 km.
Compared with the TRK 902 Xplorer, the Stradale receives a new electrically adjustable windscreen. It is larger and intended to increase wind protection on longer journeys. The handguards have a different design and do not incorporate the indicators: the turn signals are positioned in the radiator’s side air ducts, below the air intakes.
Passenger grab handles are made from one-piece reinforced nylon. They serve structural, functional and visual roles within the tail design. Comfort equipment includes heated grips, a heated seat with three adjustment levels and a USB port. The motorcycle is offered in Heron White, Pastel Grey and Oxide Green.
Radar-based ADAS and connected electronics
The Stradale has a radar-based ADAS system, also used by the TRK 902 Xplorer. The radar monitors the area behind the motorcycle and its blind spots. The package includes blind-spot detection (BSD), lane-change assistance (LCA) and rear-collision warning (RCW). Each ADAS function can be adjusted separately, with warnings delivered through screen indications, LEDs in the mirrors and an audible signal. The listed functions are assistance and warning features; the available evidence does not establish that they prevent collisions.
The Bosch Cornering ABS system can be deactivated at both the front and rear. The article connects this capability with off-road riding, although the Stradale itself is presented as the asphalt-focused version of the TRK family rather than as an off-road model. TPMS is also included in the stated equipment.
Instrumentation is based around a 7-inch TFT display with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. Through a dedicated application, the system provides telephone functions, turn-by-turn navigation and maps. The motorcycle also has cruise control and a switchable quickshifter, alongside a USB port and the other touring-oriented equipment described above.
The TRK 902 Stradale is reported as available across Benelli’s dealer network in Greece. Motoway financing programmes are reported to apply to the TRK902 models. Buyers should confirm current price, availability and financing conditions with a dealer. Further information is referenced at www.benelli-moto.gr.
