Yamaha has added a Neon White colourway to the 2027 XSR900, giving the modern retro naked a clear visual link to the company’s 1990s sport-bike era. The design draws on the pink YZF750R from the middle of that decade. Its white base is paired with a silver chassis, while pink accents and blue detailing bring colour to the tank and side panels.

The revision is confined to styling. For 2027, the XSR900 retains its 890cc liquid-cooled CP3 triple and the existing mechanical package, including an aluminium Deltabox-style frame, KYB suspension and radial-mount brakes.

The electronics continue to use a six-axis IMU, with multiple ride modes, traction control, slide control, lift control and a quickshifter. The 2027 colour range consists of Neon White and Midnight Black. Yamaha has not yet confirmed UK pricing or availability.

The YZF750R reference gives the XSR900 a stronger connection to Yamaha’s period sport-bike styling without altering the motorcycle’s technical character. In a press test, the current XSR900 received four out of five stars and was judged difficult to fault as a road bike. The same model is listed with 118 bhp and a UK price from £11,104.
