2027 Kawasaki Ninja H2 CARBON brings more torque and Brembo Hypure
Kawasaki’s supercharged limited edition receives revised engine internals, new brakes, upgraded suspension and refreshed electronic equipment.

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 CARBON enters 2027 with substantial mechanical and electronic revisions. Its 998 cc inline-four retains supercharging, but Kawasaki has reworked numerous internal and surrounding components. The CFRP-faired version also remains at the top of the manufacturer’s supercharged range.
Reworked engine, stronger midrange focus
New pistons, a cylinder head, crankshaft and camshafts are joined by a redesigned impeller and intake. Kawasaki is aiming for stronger torque at low and medium revs while preserving acceleration higher in the rev range. The compression ratio is said to rise from 8.5:1 to 11.2:1. The secondary ratio becomes shorter, the throttle body shrinks from 50 to 46 mm, and the new 4-into-1 exhaust is lighter and more compact.
Brembo braking and Öhlins suspension
At the front, 330 mm discs work with Brembo Hypure calipers, in a first application of this system on a Kawasaki. The suspension combines fully adjustable KYB AOS-II forks with a fully adjustable Öhlins TTX36 rear shock. The trellis frame is derived from the Ninja H2R. Electronic equipment includes five KTRC modes, electronic cruise control, a quickshifter and an Öhlins electronic steering damper.
The new display provides two viewing layouts. The second can show supercharger pressure and lean angle, adding a more direct view of the bike’s operation. The visual identity remains centred on the CFRP upper fairing and the single Mirror Coated Spark Black colour. The other panels use paint designed to repair minor scratches by itself, while graphics are added to all five wheel spokes in a feature presented as another Kawasaki first.
The Ninja H2 CARBON remains a limited edition. Japanese pricing is 4,180,000 yen including taxes and the Kawasaki Care package. In Germany it is priced at €35,800 excluding delivery costs, while the British price is £31,350.
