Voge CU-X Concept explores a hybrid future for motorcycles
Voge’s CIMAMotor 2026 prototype combines petrol-electric power with connectivity, active suspension and stability-control technology.

Voge used CIMAMotor 2026 in Chongqing to present the CU-X Concept, a hybrid prototype combining a petrol engine with an electric motor. MotorBike.gr describes the two-wheeler as a showcase for the company’s technology direction, linked to the Jiyu Smart Mobility platform. Rather than introducing a finished motorcycle for customers, the display presents a development path centred on hybrid power and electronic assistance.
The CU-X package includes connectivity and vehicle-control functions, as well as active suspension and stability control. Voge’s described system uses satellite positioning and sensor data to provide warnings about road conditions and possible hazards. The concept is also intended to communicate with a smartphone and smartwatch, giving the rider access to riding information and route advice. These features place digital services and electronic chassis management alongside the hybrid drivetrain in the prototype’s technology brief.
From demonstrator to production technology
Voge plans to introduce elements of the CU-X progressively into its production range. Some functions are reported to have already been implemented, although the specific systems and motorcycles have not been identified. The significance of the concept will therefore depend on which parts of its package make the transition to production: connectivity, active suspension, stability management or other vehicle-control features.
For now, the CU-X is a technology demonstrator rather than a defined production programme. Voge has not explained how its petrol and electric power sources work together, so the presentation cannot yet support conclusions about fuel saving or the practical operation of the hybrid system. Its importance lies instead in the direction it signals for future Voge motorcycles: greater connectivity, more electronic assistance and a more active role for onboard control systems.
