EICMA 2026 will host Speed Legends, a dedicated exhibition bringing together more than 30 racing motorcycles from almost eight decades of Grand Prix competition. The 1,400-square-metre display will occupy Hall 22 at Fiera Milano Rho, tracing the story from the beginnings of the 500cc World Championship to the current MotoGP era. The project was created in collaboration with MotoGP and under the patronage of the FIM.

Among the first confirmed machines is the AJS Porcupine that Leslie Graham rode to victory in the inaugural 500cc World Championship in 1949. It will be joined by the distinctive Moto Guzzi V8 and MV Agusta motorcycles associated with Giacomo Agostini and Phil Read. The exhibition is designed to go beyond the most familiar names, with lesser-known racing machines and unconventional engineering solutions that influenced the development of Grand Prix motorcycles also included.

From the XR40 to the Desmosedici GP8

The chronological display continues with Franco Uncini’s Suzuki XR40, Mick Doohan’s Honda NSR and Kevin Schwantz’s Suzuki RGV. Its modern section reaches Casey Stoner’s Ducati Desmosedici GP8, Yamaha YZR-M1 motorcycles ridden by Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, and Marc Márquez’s Honda RC213V. Together, the selection links several generations of Grand Prix machinery and the different engineering approaches that shaped them.

There will be more to do than walk around the motorcycles. QR codes at Win Corners will allow visitors to enter competitions for paddock access at either the 2027 Italian Grand Prix at Mugello or the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix at Misano. Each winner will be able to bring a guest, with both receiving access for the full race weekend and one additional MotoGP-related activity.

The MotoGP Gaming Arena will add racing simulators featuring real motorcycles, giving visitors the chance to tackle Mugello and Misano in the MotoGP 26 video game. Official MotoGP merchandise will also be available to win. The exhibition will open to the public from 5 to 8 November, running from 9:30am to 6:30pm each day; November 3 and 4 are reserved for press and trade visitors.
