Triumph previews four motorcycles for its 2027 range
The Street Triple 798 leads Triumph’s partially revealed 2027 line-up, joined by updated Tiger 1200 and Tiger 900 Rally Pro models.

Triumph has previewed four motorcycles destined for its 2027 range, with the new Street Triple 798 at the centre of the programme. The British manufacturer will reveal the models in stages: the Tiger 1200 is scheduled for 27 October, the Street Triple 798 for 17 November and the Tiger 900 Rally Pro for 15 December. The Bonneville T40 has already been presented as the fourth addition.
Street Triple 798: more capacity and a racing connection
The most significant change to the naked sport bike is the revised three-cylinder engine. Capacity rises from 765 cubic centimetres to 798 cubic centimetres, with Triumph promising increased power and torque. The manufacturer has not yet published the model’s complete technical specification, so the performance figures and other detailed engine data remain to be announced.
The 798-cubic-centimetre configuration will also be used by Triumph in the Moto2 World Championship next season. The company already competes in the World Supersport Championship with a related full-fairing version of the motorcycle. Triumph describes the new Street Triple 798 as its sportiest generation since the model first appeared in the 675-cubic-centimetre era. Its full unveiling is set for 17 November, ahead of its public appearance on Triumph’s stand at EICMA in Milan.
Tiger 1200 brings radar and revised suspension
The new Tiger 1200 will arrive first, with its official presentation planned for 27 October. Triumph says the adventure-tourer has an entirely new design and will introduce new technology including a radar system. The three-cylinder, 1200-cubic-centimetre engine has also received internal revisions intended to improve performance.
Triumph has additionally announced a completely new suspension system. Its components are intended to optimise the motorcycle’s dynamic behaviour, while different riding modes will adjust the settings in real time according to the selected riding programme. The Tiger 1200 had previously been seen publicly during Sam Sunderland’s attempt to set a motorcycle record for the fastest circumnavigation of the world. That attempt ended prematurely in Australia because of a technical problem. Both the Tiger 1200 and Street Triple 798 are due to make their global public debut at EICMA.
Tiger 900 Rally Pro follows in December
Triumph will complete the sequence on 15 December with the new Tiger 900 Rally Pro. The company has outlined a more powerful and more advanced engine, a radically redesigned chassis aimed at improving off-road performance, and connectivity with portable devices as standard equipment.
The electronic package will also be upgraded with a new and more advanced collection of rider-assistance systems. Some functions are configured specifically for off-road riding, reinforcing the Rally Pro’s focus beyond the road. As with the Street Triple 798 and Tiger 1200, the full technical specifications and official images are being held for the respective premieres. Together with the already unveiled Bonneville T40, these three staged launches make up Triumph’s announced 2027 model expansion.
