Kymco CV-X45: 427cc scooter built for the dirt
Kymco brings a new all-terrain scooter to EICMA 2026, with 34.4 hp, three riding modes and rear ABS that can be switched off.

Kymco has brought the CV-X45 to EICMA 2026 as an all-terrain scooter with visual cues taken from Dakar rally motorcycles. Its tall, upright front section gives the design a distinctive profile, while the open tunnel through the centre leaves the engine on display.
A 427 cc single-cylinder engine provides 34.4 hp and 40 Nm. The CV-X45 offers Rain and Power modes, plus a further Power setting with the rear ABS switched off; Kymco has designed that combination for off-road riding. Suspension hardware includes an inverted front fork held by a double steering yoke and a rear monoshock operating through a multi-link system.
Running order weight is 210 kg, with an 800 mm seat and a 13.5-litre fuel tank. The wheel sizes are 15 inches at the front and 14 inches at the rear, fitted with dual-purpose 120/70 and 150/70 tyres respectively. Equipment covers a TFT display, switchable traction control, cruise control, heated grips, keyless ignition and a USB-C port. Under-seat storage accepts either a full-face or adventure helmet, while protective bars and a luggage rack are offered as accessories.
