Ruroc is expanding its AT4.0 family with the Hellside, a special edition limited to 250 helmets worldwide. Every example receives its own number. The edition is also identified by a dedicated sticker and a numbered label sewn into the liner. Its visual theme is aimed squarely at Halloween, while the underlying helmet remains based on the established AT4.0 platform.

The defining change is the finish. Ruroc gives the Hellside a molten satin-red treatment over what it calls a dark-matter core. Four size combinations are offered: S/M, M/L, L/XL and XL/XXL. Buyers also receive alternative cheek pads, allowing the fit to be adjusted more precisely without changing the helmet’s basic specification.

For protection, the Hellside carries both DOT and ECE 22.06 certification. Ruroc’s RHEON technology is designed to manage linear and rotational forces during an impact, and the model has received a four-star SHARP safety rating. The helmet is also compatible with Ruroc’s integrated Shockwave Bluetooth audio system, so the brand’s communication hardware can be incorporated into the helmet rather than added as an external unit.

The UK price is £425, with sales handled through Ruroc’s website. Its small production run and distinctive finish are the main points separating the Hellside from the other AT4.0 versions, while the numbered 250-unit allocation gives the edition its limited-run character.
