Royal Enfield and Hedon create 16 handcrafted limited-edition helmets
The collection combines eight half-face and eight full-face helmets, with prices reaching £2,100 and sizes up to XXXL.

Royal Enfield has teamed up with British helmet maker Hedon for a limited-edition collection of 16 helmets. The range brings Royal Enfield’s classic motorcycle identity together with Hedon’s fashion-led approach, targeting modern-classic and retro riders as well as collectors. The collection is available globally, and each helmet will be handcrafted to order.
The line is divided equally between eight half-face and eight full-face helmets. Its designs are based on Hedon’s Hedonist and Heroine Racer styles. The half-face Hedonist Royal Enfield costs £1,650, while the full-face Heroine Racer 2.0 Royal Enfield is priced at £2,100. Both helmets meet ECE 22.06 and DOT safety standards.
Sizing differs between the two designs. The Hedonist Royal Enfield is offered from Small to XXL, while the Heroine Racer 2.0 Royal Enfield runs from Small to XXXL. That combination of made-to-order production, limited numbers and pricing places the collaboration firmly in the premium end of the retro helmet market.
Royal Enfield describes the partnership as a meeting point for classic motorcycles, sartorial style and a shared passion for motorcycling culture. The company says the collection is intended for both dedicated motorcycle enthusiasts and fashion-conscious riders who value detailed craftsmanship.
The helmet launch comes ahead of an expected expansion of Royal Enfield’s motorcycle range. The company is expected to introduce its first 750cc machines, including a new Himalayan 750 and Continental GT 750. The Himalayan 750 could appear at next month’s EICMA show in Milan, although that unveiling remains unconfirmed.
