Alex Lowes set the fastest time in FP3 at the 2026 WorldSBK meeting in Jerez, reaching the top with a late time attack. Nicolo Bulega finished second, while Yari Montella secured third place. The session took place on Saturday morning at the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto and came before Superpole.

Bulega’s result also highlighted a different tyre strategy. He completed FP3 using only the SCX and did not run the SCQ. Alongside his team-mate Iker Lecuona, he was among the few riders to avoid that tyre during the session. Lecuona ended the practice in 17th place, while Bulega’s SCX-only run still carried him to the runner-up position.

Alberto Surra followed the leading trio in fourth, ahead of Lorenzo Baldassarri in fifth. Axel Bassani took sixth, with Sam Lowes seventh and Xavi Vierge eighth. Tommy Bridewell placed ninth and Miguel Oliveira tenth to complete the top ten. The late improvement put Alex Lowes at the head of the order going into the next session, while Bulega’s second place gave the FP3 classification an added tyre-choice angle.
