MotoGP will have its own exhibition space at EICMA for the first time, with “Legends of Speed” assembling more than 35 Grand Prix motorcycles at Fiera Milano Rho. The display will occupy 15,000 square feet and cover 77 years of 500cc and MotoGP history. It was announced at Misano during the Red Bull Grand Prix of San Marino.

The exhibition opens with the AJS Porcupine 500, associated with Leslie Graham’s inaugural 500cc World Championship victory in 1949. The Moto Guzzi 500 V8 will also be on display, alongside three- and four-cylinder MV Agusta 500s linked to Giacomo Agostini and Phil Read, Yamaha machines including Valentino Rossi’s, Honda NSRs, the Suzukis of Kevin Schwantz and Franco Uncini, and Ducati machinery from the modern era.

The display will additionally bring together the factory motorcycles of all five manufacturers competing in the 2026 World Championship. The FIM is involved in presenting the historical and sporting material. A visual installation, archive photography, audiovisual material and interactive content will connect the development of the machines with the riders who continued to push the limits of speed, according to EICMA.

A wider presence at the show

“Legends of Speed” is the first concrete project from EICMA.SHIFT UP, the partnership between MotoGP and the Milan show announced roughly three months earlier at Mugello. Carlos Ezpeleta, Deputy CEO of MotoGP Group, said the relationship brings MotoGP closer to its fans and helps tell the sport’s story beyond the racetrack.

The involvement goes beyond the static collection. MotoGP will also bring a Gaming Arena, activations, digital material and fan-engagement initiatives to EICMA. EICMA says visitors will be able to enter exclusive experiences connected with the 2027 Italian rounds at Mugello and Misano.
