AMA sets out three Arenacross series for 2026-2027
Partzilla Arenacross is split into East and West, while GT Arenacross and Throttlecross cover the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions.

The American Motorcyclist Association will support three distinct Arenacross series in the 2026-2027 season, creating a nationwide indoor-racing programme across the United States. The central championship is the AMA Partzilla Arenacross Series, divided into East and West regional championships. AMA GT Arenacross takes responsibility for the Midwest Regional Championship, while the AMA Throttlecross Series serves the Rocky Mountain Regional Championship.
Arenacross uses technical circuits constructed inside arenas, putting the focus on technique, finesse and fitness. AMA Deputy Director of Racing Mike Burkeen said demand for opportunities to compete has grown exponentially and that three promoters are widening the sport’s reach. AMA Motocross Manager Willy Browning said the organisation is looking forward to the season getting under way and to crowning champions across the country.
Partzilla Arenacross schedule
The East championship opens on October 16-17 in Clarksville, followed by Florence on November 6-7, Madison on December 4-5, Little Rock on January 8-9, Toledo on January 15-16, Hampton on January 22-23 and Salem on January 29-30. The West schedule begins in Prescott Valley on February 19-20, then moves through Las Vegas, San Bernardino, Reno, Sacramento, Rochester and Wichita Falls, with the listed dates running through April 23-24.
GT Arenacross and Throttlecross
AMA GT Arenacross consists of seven two-day meetings. It starts in Claremore on November 13-14, visits Lebanon, Lincoln, Cedar Rapids, Guthrie and Springfield, and concludes in Topeka on February 12-13. AMA Throttlecross has six race dates: a November 21 event in Albany, followed by two-day meetings in Colorado Springs, Loveland, Reno and Denver, before the final weekend in Amarillo on March 5-6.
Amateur riders have a route into a shared finale. The five highest-placing amateurs from each of the East, West and Midwest regions qualify for the AMA Arenacross Amateur Championship Finale at Lincoln Trail in Casey, Illinois. The arrangement links the three regional pathways without making the amateur programme dependent on a single championship series.
