Honda and the Saracakis Group are participating in the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair, with Japan serving as the event’s honoured country. The appearance also has historical significance for the Greek group: Ioannis D. Saracakis founded the company in Thessaloniki in 1922. This year’s presence therefore connects Honda’s current range with the city where the group began its activities.

From sporting road bikes to adventure

Motorcycles are a central part of the display, with a line-up covering several types of riding. The CB1000GT, CBR1000RR-R SP and CB1000F represent the sporting road-focused side, while the Africa Twin and Transalp address adventure riding and long-distance travel. The SH350i and X-ADV are presented for urban and everyday mobility. Honda is also showing the HR-V, Civic and Prelude cars, alongside its e:HEV hybrid technology.

Saracakis and Honda began working together in 1963 through the exclusive import and distribution of motorcycles. The partnership expanded in 1968 to passenger cars, marine engines and power products. The Thessaloniki Fair display also reaches the water, with Honda’s new BF350 outboard for 2026. It is presented as a product for both professional users and recreational boating, with emphasis on reliability, performance, fuel economy and advanced technology.
