Zero Motorcycles is marking two decades in electric two-wheelers with an exceptionally scarce SR/F. The 20th Anniversary Limited Edition is a naked electric motorcycle dressed in Jet Black with gold detailing, and only 40 examples are planned.

The allocation is split evenly between regions: 20 motorcycles will stay in the United States, while the remaining 20 will be offered through selected European dealers. Zero says sales will continue until the stock is gone, with no second production run for this particular variant. The first motorcycles are now starting to reach dealerships in America and Europe.

Platform and specification

The SR/F belongs to Zero’s S-line, one of the company’s four two-wheeler ranges, and uses the same platform as the S. Zero positions it above that model with greater range and a higher top speed, along with a shorter charging time. Its Z-Force 75-10 motor is rated at 83 kW, equivalent to about 111.3 bhp, while claimed peak torque is 140 lb-ft. A Z-Force 17.3 kWh lithium-ion battery supplies the energy.

The limited-edition treatment extends well beyond the colour scheme. Carbon-fibre front and rear fenders are paired with smoked indicators, black headlight covers and a black aluminium flyscreen. The equipment list also includes black billet mirrors, bar ends, brake levers, a billet lever protector and billet caps for the front and rear brake reservoirs.

The dark finish continues across the brake pedal, dust covers and passenger grab rails. With just 40 motorcycles allocated, exclusivity is the defining difference between this SR/F and Zero’s regular production range.
