MotoGP expands its senior leadership with four appointments
Ryan Norys, Sameer Pabari, Louise Young and Denitza Batchvarova take responsibility for commercial, media, operations and strategy.

MotoGP is adding four senior figures to its leadership structure, following Carlos Ezpeleta’s recent move into the Deputy CEO position. The appointments cover four central areas of the championship’s business: commercial activity, media, operations and strategy.
Ryan Norys is set to become Chief Commercial Officer, joining from Tottenham Hotspur, where he currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer. Sameer Pabari takes the Chief Media Officer role after holding senior positions with the NFL, Warner Bros. Discovery and Manchester United.
Louise Young joins as Chief Operating Officer after more than eight years at Formula 1, most recently as its Chief Race Promotion Officer. Denitza Batchvarova becomes Chief Strategy Officer. Her background spans two decades across finance and sports entertainment, with UFC and TKO Group Holdings her latest professional stops.
Carlos Ezpeleta said the appointments would add strength across MotoGP’s commercial, media, operational and strategic work. He also linked the new structure to closer engagement with fans, the pursuit of new audiences and further opportunities for both current and future commercial partners. Taken together, the choices point to an effort to reinforce the championship’s business and communications capabilities alongside its sporting programme, rather than representing changes to the racing field itself.
