MotoGP has confirmed four additions to its executive structure ahead of 2027, covering commercial activity, media, operations and strategy. The appointments strengthen the functions that shape how the championship develops its audience and works with commercial partners beyond the racing programme itself.

Ryan Norys becomes MotoGP’s Chief Commercial Officer after serving as Tottenham Hotspur’s Chief Revenue Officer since 2022. His previous senior commercial roles included AS Roma, Manchester City and the Miami Dolphins. Sameer Pabari is taking the Chief Media Officer position after leadership work with the NFL, Warner Bros. Discovery and Manchester United. Louise Young will become Chief Operating Officer following more than eight years at Formula 1, where her most recent post was Chief Race Promotion Officer.

Denitza Batchvarova joined MotoGP earlier this month as Chief Strategy Officer. She brings two decades of strategic leadership experience from the finance and sports entertainment sectors, including work with UFC and TKO Group Holdings.

The appointments follow Carlos Ezpeleta’s promotion to Deputy CEO in August, Vince Russell’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer in May and Enrique Aldama’s move into the Chief Administrative Officer role. Ezpeleta said the expanded leadership group would improve MotoGP’s commercial, media, operational and strategic capabilities. He also linked the changes to stronger engagement with fans, the pursuit of new audiences and further opportunities for both existing and future commercial partners.
